Principal-owner Dan McDunn has two decades of experience in residential construction, ranging from production homebuilding to luxury condominium construction. Since transitioning to focus on ADUs in 2017, McDunn ADUs has completed over 50 ADUs, earning rave reviews from clients and architect partners. The company focuses on custom, detached ADUs in Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Oakland, and Alameda. They have completed nearly two dozen ADUs ranging from multi-bedroom tiny homes and aging-in-place cottages to open-concept studio spaces and garage conversions.
